Way back in March I took a photo that I shared here of snow on my deck. At the time I thought, “Gee, I wish that I could leave the color in the patio umbrella” because it’s a bright blue that would have looked great against the snow. Now, I know how to do that:
This week’s assignment: stand in one spot for an hour taking pictures. You can see my spot in the photo in the top left of this montage – the edge of my deck. The best of the photos I took are the remaining ones. Nothing worth framing, but not a terrible way to spend an hour either.
This week’s Photo Challenge was to do over a previous challenge. The hardest part was deciding which one to redo; there were so many that I wanted to fix! But, as I was making a cup of tea and thinking about the photo that I wanted to do, I looked out onto my deck at the snow and decided it would make a great black and white shot.
