Photo Friday – Windows

The challenge for this past week in my Ricky Tims’ 2016 Photo Challenge class was “windows.”  A few minutes after I finished reading the lesson, I hopped up to walk down the hall, walked past my laundry room, stopped, backed up, and noticed this window.  (The caption is exactly what I posted with the photo to the class website.)

This the window in my laundry room. My husband put the dryer balls up on the sill to keep them from rolling around the room and I liked the contrast between the lines of the shade and window and the fuzzy roundness of the balls. Did lots of editing - highlights, shadows, reduced the clarity a bit to make it look a little more ethereal. If I were allowed to crop this, I would have shot a little wider and cropped off the top and bottom to leave just the window and frame.
