I am getting started with a new quilt. It’s a custom one for my 10 year old niece and it took her about 10 minutes to design. She looked at a few books, decisively pointed to an applique pattern, flipped through a fan deck and picked out the colors and then told me what kind of fabric that she wanted. Done!
How did I get those center so perfectly round, you ask? Scrapbooking paper punch!
