Created Equal Exhibit Now Open - Julie Brown Neu

Created Equal Exhibit Now Open

I am thrilled to say the two most recently completed pieces in my Protest Series are now on display as part of the “Created Equal” exhibit at the Arlington Center for the Arts. Both “Last Words 1” and “Fury” are hanging in the Shaira Ali Gallery at the ACA until November 6th.

The exhibit is being held in partnership with the League of Women Voters of Arlington and celebrates the 100th anniversary of the passing of the 19th Amendment.

This exhibition showcases artwork that exemplifies the mosaic of voices that contribute to our society and the equal weight all voices carry. Artwork in this exhibit address concepts of fundamental rights and freedoms in our society through a variety of subjects and mediums.
